Influence of Goethite Nanorods on Structural Changes and Transitions in Nematic Liquid Crystal E7

TL;DR: In this article , a composite ferronematic system based on the nematic liquid crystal E7, doped with lath-like goethite magnetic nanoparticles of volume concentrations 10−3, 5 × 10−4, and 10−5, was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

The generalized random forcing concept adapted to stochastic ferrohydrodynamics

TL;DR: In this paper, a statistical formulation of three-dimensional large-scale ferrohydrodynamics has been developed and the implications of the field theoretical formulation supplemented by renormalization group technique (with double expansion in forcing exponent and deviations from dimensionality d → 2) has been discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Plasma local diagnostics by polarimetric method

TL;DR: In this paper , the polarization plane rotation of weak probe signal in the field of strong electromagnetic waves in the presence of an external magnetic field of plasma, the polarization-plane stimulated rotation angle of the probe signals in the intense laser field and in plasma is calculated.
