The origin of electrical property deterioration with increasing Mg concentration in ZnMgO:Ga

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared the electrical properties of single-phase transparent conductive Ga-doped ZnMgO:Ga thin films and polycrystalline Zn 0.90 Mg 0.09 Ga 0.01 O/sapphire films.
Journal ArticleDOI

Development and application of an instrument for spatially resolved Seebeck coefficient measurements.

TL;DR: Both cobalt-based materials were determined to have p-type conduction over a broad single-phase region of chemical compositions and small variation of the Seebeck coefficient over the entire investigated range of compositions and temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Planar Metal-Insulator-Metal Diodes Based on the Nb/Nb2O5/X Material System

TL;DR: In this paper, the performance of planar metal-insulator-metal (MIM) tunneling diodes is investigated for use in rectenna devices for energy harvesting applications, and the results confirm prior rapid screening efforts and further validate the Nb/Nb2O5/Pt system in particular as a promising MIM architecture due to the low barrier height of the junction.
