Journal ArticleDOI
TXM-Wizard: a program for advanced data collection and evaluation in full-field transmission X-ray microscopy
TL;DR: A suite of GUI programs written in MATLAB for advanced data collection and analysis of full-field transmission X-ray microscopy data including mosaic imaging, tomography and XANES imaging is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
3D elemental sensitive imaging using transmission X-ray microscopy
Yijin Liu,Florian Meirer,Junyue Wang,Guillermo Requena,Phillip A. Williams,Johanna Nelson,Apurva Mehta,Joy C. Andrews,Piero Pianetta +8 more
TL;DR: This work presents an efficient and reliable methodology to perform 3D elemental sensitive imaging with excellent sample penetration (tens of microns) using hard X-ray TXM.
Journal ArticleDOI
Extended depth of focus for transmission x-ray microscope.
Yijin Liu,Junyue Wang,Youli Hong,Zhili Wang,Kai Zhang,Phillip A. Williams,Peiping Zhu,Joy C. Andrews,Piero Pianetta,Ziyu Wu +9 more
TL;DR: A fast discrete curvelet transform based focus-stacking algorithm for extending the depth of focus of a transmission x-ray microscope (TXM) is presented and a fully in-focus image can be generated by analyzing an image stack of a sample taken in a Z-scan.
