TL;DR: In this paper , the authors examined whether emotion dysregulation is associated with eating disorder behaviors over and above the association between weight and shape concerns and whether these two factors interacted, and they found that emotional dysregulation had a unique association with engaging in binge eating and purging.

Distinguishing delusional beliefs from overvalued ideas in Anorexia Nervosa: An exploratory pilot study

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the relationship between body dissatisfaction and beliefs of delusional intensity in an adult Anorexia Nervosa (AN) inpatient sample and found that almost one quarter (23.7%) of participants appeared to have beliefs related to their body shape (M = 27.4; SD = 23.4).

TL;DR: In this article , the authors described the food consumption during objective binge eating episodes (OBE) in people with BESC from a metropolitan city in Brazil, where 136 adults with BED, Bulimia Nervosa (BN), or recurrent binge eating (RBE) were interviewed in their homes by trained lay interviewers using the Questionnaire on Eating and Weight Patterns updated for the DSM-5.
