Proper temperature for Cs atomic magnetometer

TL;DR: In this article, the authors described a Cs atomic magnetometer operating at normal temperature, where a circularly polarized pumping light was used to polarize Cs atoms, while a linear polarized probing light is used to test the magneto-caused polarization rotation.
Journal ArticleDOI

The en bloc method is feasible for beginners learning to perform holmium laser enucleation of the prostate

TL;DR: In this article , the en bloc Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate (HoLEP) is a new alternative method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH); however, most surgeons are hesitant to use this new technique due to its steep learning curve.

Parallel control method and system for intelligent workshop

TL;DR: In this article, a parallel control system for an intelligent workshop is provided, comprising an MES module configured to issue production instructions to unit management modules; the unit management module converted the received production instructions into machine instructions and synchronously issue the machine instructions to underlying PLCs by a bus control network module, and drive the parallel control simulation platform and a field device to move by a soft PLC and a hard PLC.
Journal ArticleDOI

Diesel soot oxidation over potassium-promoted urchin-structured NiO-NiCo2O4 catalyst

TL;DR: In this paper , a potassium-promoted NiO-NiCo2O4 composite with an urchin-like structure was designed and prepared for diesel engines, which displayed high catalytic activity for soot oxidation with temperatures of soot conversion at 10% and 50% (T50) as low as 307 °C and 347 °C respectively.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Quasi-CW Diode Arrays Side-Pumped Yb:YAG Rod MOPA Amplifier

TL;DR: In this paper, the first diode arrays side-pumped rod Yb:YAG MOPA amplifier has been demonstrated to the best of our knowledge, achieving a 1 pass gain of 1.53 and a 2-pass gain of 3.32.
