Current Advances in N6-Methyladenosine Methylation Modification During Bladder Cancer

Qiang Liu
TL;DR: The latest progress in m6A RNA methylation research is reviewed and its regulation on BC occurrence and development is investigated to find out if it affects clinical treatments in elderly patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

UHRF1 suppression promotes cell differentiation and reduces inflammatory reaction in anaplastic thyroid cancer.

TL;DR: It is found that UHRF1 was highly expressed in human ATC compared with normal tissue and papillary thyroid cancer (PTC), and UHRf1 knockdown reduced the transcription of cytokines, which might relieve the inflammatory reaction in ATC patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radiation-direction steerable nanoantennae

TL;DR: In this paper, a reflection nano-antenna with a metasurface containing an array of silver nanoparticles is designed, and an electro-optical layer is introduced to produce radiation-direction steerability.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

The test of the 10k x 10k CCD for Antarctic Survey Telescopes (AST3)

TL;DR: In this article, a 10k x 10k single-chip CCD camera was installed on the first Antarctic Survey Telescope (AST3-1) at Dome A, Antarctica in January 2012.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multifunctional silica nanocomposites prime tumoricidal immunity for efficient cancer immunotherapy

TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors developed a novel nanocomposite, polyethyleneimine-modified dendritic mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with microRNA-125a (DMSN-PEI@125a) to synergistically enhance immune response and immunosuppression reversion, ultimately generating a tumoricidal environment.
