Journal ArticleDOI

Occurrence and source analysis of typical veterinary antibiotics in manure, soil, vegetables and groundwater from organic vegetable bases, northern China.

TL;DR: The results showed that there was no obvious geographical difference in antibiotic distribution between soil and manure, and a simple migration model can be easy and quick to predict the accumulation of antibiotics in soil.
Journal ArticleDOI

Spatial, sources and risk assessment of heavy metal contamination of urban soils in typical regions of Shenyang, China

TL;DR: The values of pollution index and integrated pollution index indicated that metal pollution level was Pb>Cd>Zn>Cu, and Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn belong to moderate or high pollution level, and Shenyang was suffering from serious metal contamination.
Journal ArticleDOI

A novel structure of scalable air-cathode without Nafion and Pt by rolling activated carbon and PTFE as catalyst layer in microbial fuel cells.

TL;DR: This study demonstrated that inexpensive, highly reproducible, high performance and scalable air-cathode can be produced by rolling method without using noble metal and expensive binder.
Journal ArticleDOI

Enhanced disinfection application of Ag-modified g-C3N4 composite under visible light

TL;DR: In this paper, an Ag/g-C3N4 composite photocatalyst, which was synthesized by thermal polymerization of melamine precursor combined with the photo-assisted reduction method, was applied as an efficient visible-light-driven photatalyst for inactivating Escherichia coli (E. coli).
