Loss of light charged particles by nuclear interactions in BaF2 crystals
G. Lanzano,A. Pagano,E. De Filippo,S. Urso,C. Volant,B. Berthier,J.L. Charvet,R. Dayras,R. Legrain,R. Lucas,C. Mazur,E. C. Pollacco,J.E. Sauvestre,Christian Beck,B. Djerroud +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the nuclear interaction probability of light charged particles in BaF2 crystals has been studied as a function of the incident particle energy, and the experimental data are compared with the results of a model calculation.

TL;DR: In this article, the emission of light charged particles and intermediate-mass fragments (IMFs) from central collisions of 45 MeV/nucleon 84Kr with 93Nb has been studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Origin and decay-properties of binary fragments produced in the 35Cl+24Mg reaction at EA ≈ 8 MEV/A
S. Cavallaro,C. Beck,E. Berthoumieux,R. Dayras,E. De Filippo,G. Di Natale,B. Djerroud,R. M. Freeman,A. Hachem,F. Haas,B. Heusch,G. Lanzanó,R. Legrain,D. Mahboub,A. Morsad,Angelo Pagano,E. C. Pollacco,Stephen Sanders,M. L. Sperduto +18 more
TL;DR: In this article, the properties of binary fragments produced in the 35 Cl+ 24 Mg fusion reaction at a beam energy of E Lab ≈8MeVA have been investigated by measurement of inclusive energy spectra, angular distributions and angular correlations between heavy fragments and evaporated charged particles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Measurements of time delays for projectile-like fragments in the reaction 40Ar
Gomez del Campo J,J. Barrette,R. Dayras,J.P. Wieleczko,E. C. Pollacco,F. Saint-Laurent,Toulemonde M,Nekovic N,Ostojic R +8 more
TL;DR: Crystal-blocking angular distributions have been measured for projectile-like fragments produced in bombarding a 10-{mu}m Ge crystal with a 1.76-GeV {sup 40}Ar beam and can be reproduced using a broad distribution of primary fragments of the type predicted by the abrasion model, but with excitation energies from 15 to 50 MeV, which are higher than predicted.
