Journal ArticleDOI
Inkjet Printing of Lanthanide–Organic Frameworks for Anti-Counterfeiting Applications
Leonis Lourenço da Luz,Raquel Milani,Jorlandio F. Felix,Jorlandio F. Felix,I. R. B. Ribeiro,Márcio Talhavini,Brenno A. D. Neto,Jarosław Chojnacki,Marcelo O. Rodrigues,Severino Alves Júnior +9 more
TL;DR: This approach opens a new window for exploring Ln-MOF materials in technological applications, such as optical devices (e.g., lab-on-a-chip), as proof of authenticity for official documents.
Journal ArticleDOI
Use of Carbon Dots Synthesized from Citrate as a Fluorescent Probe for Quercetin Determination in Tea and Beer Samples
TL;DR: In this article, carbon dots (CDs) prepared by a one-step hydrothermal method were employed for the determination of quercetin in teas and beers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation, characterization and application of polyelectrolytes/TiO2/CdSe self-assembled films
A.C.R. Faria,Frederico Duarte de Menezes,Raquel Milani,Marcelo Barbalho Pereira,Renato V. Gonçalves,Flavio Horowitz,Marcelo Giovanela,Giovanna Machado,Janaina da Silva Crespo +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a self-assembled films (SAF) via a layer-by-layer technique and to characterize the films by applying several instrumental techniques was presented, and the thickness of the SAF were determined through profilometry and scanning electron microscopy techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI
Improving the Quantum Efficiency of the Lanthanide-Organic Framework [Eu 2 (MELL)(H 2 O) 6 ] by Heating: A Simple Strategy to Produce Efficient Luminescent Devices
Raquel Milani,Leonis Lourenço da Luz,Ana Cláudia Vaz de Araújo,Nailton M. Rodrigues,Eduardo H.L. Falcão,Walter M. de Azevedo,Nivan B. da Costa,Mateus B. Cardoso,Ricardo O. Freire,Severino Alves Júnior +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, experimental and theoretical approaches were used to achieve and understand the improvement of luminescent efficiency of lanthanide organic frameworks through a heating process, and the results indicated that the more accurate structure was calculated using the Sparkle/PM3 model.
