The effect of lode parameter on the yield surface of Schoen's IWP triply periodic minimal surface lattice

TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of different loading conditions on the effective yield strength of the IWP sheet-based (IWP-s) TPMS lattice is numerically investigated.

Scalable synthesis, characterization and testing of 3D architected gyroid graphene lattices from additively manufactured templates

TL;DR: In this paper , a 3D-printed template of polymeric gyroid lattices was coated with a mixture of graphene oxide and hydrazine solution via the hydrothermal process, followed by drying and thermal etching of the polymer scaffold, which resulted in a neat reduced GO (rGO) lattice of the triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) structure.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Modeling and Simulation of Perforation of Steel Plates by Blunt Projectiles

TL;DR: In this article, a thermodynamically motivated micro-damage formulation is proposed for high-rate and temperature dependent materials, which uses a combined viscosity and nonlocal gradient localization limiters in order to regularize the dynamic strain localization problems.
Book ChapterDOI

Nonlocal Microdamage Constitutive Model for High Energy Impacts

TL;DR: In this article, a coupled thermo-hypo-elasto-viscoplastic and thermoviscodamage constitutive model is proposed to model the ballistic behavior and mesh-dependent ballistic limit velocities.
