TL;DR: In this paper , Liver resections in liver transplantation recipients (LTR) are extremely rare and the reason for liver resections (LR) in LTR include: management of hepatic artery thrombosis (HAT), ischemic biliary lesions (IBL), liver abscess, liver trauma and recurrence of malignancies (specially hepatocellular carcinoma-HCC).
