The adaptive gain integrating pixel detector AGIPD a detector for the

TL;DR: The adaptive gain integrating pixel detector (AGIPD) as mentioned in this paper is a 2D detector designed for the European X-ray free electron laser (EXFEL) that can cope with the 5 MHz repetition rate, as well as with the high dynamic range needed by XFEL experiments.
Journal ArticleDOI

Challenges in chip design for the AGIPD detector

TL;DR: AGIPD as discussed by the authors is a hybrid pixel detector with a specifi cally developed readout chip bump bonded to a silicon sensor, which is being designed in IBM 0.13 µm CMOS technology.
Journal ArticleDOI

ZnO-based thin film transistors employing aluminum titanate gate dielectrics deposited by spray pyrolysis at ambient air.

TL;DR: The application of spray pyrolysis for the deposition and investigation of Al2x-1·TixOy dielectrics as a function of the [Ti(4+)]/[ Ti(4+)+2·Al(3+)] ratio and their implementation in thin film transistors employing spray-coated ZnO as the active semiconducting channels is reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Charged nano-domes and bubbles in epitaxial graphene

TL;DR: The strength of the electric field inside the bubble–substrate interface, which may lead to a minigap of the order of 5 meV opening for epitaxial graphene grown on 4H-SiC face-terminated carbon, is determined.
