Journal ArticleDOI
Alternating electrical conductivity of polyaniline
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the ac complex conductivity σ*(f) of polyaniline (PAN) films at different doping levels and different temperatures, in the 1-100 KHz frequency range.
Journal ArticleDOI
Low dose ionizing radiation detection using conjugated polymers
Eric Alexandre Brito da Silva,João Francisco Borin,Patrícia Nicolucci,Carlos Frederico de Oliveira Graeff,T. Ghilardi Netto,Rodrigo Fernando Bianchi +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of gamma radiation on the optical properties of poly[2methoxy-5-(2′-ethylhexyloxy)-p-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) is studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Solid-State NMR, Ionic Conductivity, and Thermal Studies of Lithium-doped Siloxane−Poly(propylene glycol) Organic−Inorganic Nanocomposites
Paulo Henrique Toledo de Oliveira e Souza,Rodrigo Fernando Bianchi,Karim Dahmouche,Patrick Judeinstein,Roberto Mendonça Faria,Tito José Bonagamba +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, hybrid organic−inorganic ionic conductors, also called ormolytes, were obtained by dissolution of LiClO4 in siloxane−poly(propylene glycol) matrixes.
Journal ArticleDOI
UV and ozone influence on the conductivity of ZnO thin films
Gonçalo Gonçalves,Ana Pimentel,Elvira Fortunato,Rodrigo Martins,E. L. Queiroz,Rodrigo Fernando Bianchi,Roberto Mendonça Faria +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, complex impedance measurements were used to analyze the influence of ultraviolet and ozone gas on the electronic behavior of ZnO films grown by rf magnetron sputtering, and a combination of the Bruggeman effective medium approximation (BEMA) with the random free energy barrier model was used to fit the data and to explain the ac conductivity variation phenomena observed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ellipsometry study of the photo-oxidation of poly[(2-methoxy-5-hexyloxy)-p-phenylenevinylene]
Rodrigo Fernando Bianchi,Débora Terezia Balogh,M. Tinani,Roberto Mendonça Faria,Eugene A. Irene +4 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the photo-oxidation of poly[(methoxy-5-hexyloxy)-p-phenylenevinylene (MH-PPV) was investigated using spectroscopy ellipsometry.
