TL;DR: The clinical features were in keeping with previous studies, but it was found that exertional dyspnea and pneumothorax were the most common features, and chylous involvement was less frequent, and overall survival was better than usually reported in LAM.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors retrospectively studied relapses in 48 cases of biopsy-proven COP and concluded that delayed treatment increases the risk of relapses; mild cholestasis identifies a subgroup of patients with multiple relapses, and prolonged therapy to suppress relapses appears unnecessary.
