Journal ArticleDOI

Substituted spiro [2.3'] oxindolespiro [3.2″]-5,6-dimethoxy-indane-1″-one-pyrrolidine analogue as inhibitors of acetylcholinesterase.

TL;DR: Series of pyrolidine analogues were synthesized and examined as acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors, and compounds 4k and 6k were the most potent inhibitors of the series.
Journal ArticleDOI

Impact of CYP2D6 Genetic Polymorphism on Tramadol Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics

TL;DR: CYP2D6 activity may play an important role in determining the pharmacokinetics of tramadol and in predicting its adverse effects, and if these results can be confirmed in a larger population, genotyping may be an important tool in determine the dose of tramadol.
Journal ArticleDOI

Validation of a high-performance liquid chromatography method for tramadol and o-desmethyltramadol in human plasma using solid-phase extraction.

TL;DR: An HPLC system using solid-phase extraction and HPLC with UV detection has been validated in order to determine tramadol and o-desmethyltramadol (M1) concentrations in human plasma.
Journal ArticleDOI

Method development and validation of a high-performance liquid chromatographic method for tramadol in human plasma using liquid–liquid extraction

TL;DR: An HPLC system using a simple liquid-liquid extraction and HPLC with UV detection has been validated to determine tramadol concentration in human plasma as mentioned in this paper, which was selective and linear for concentrations ranging from 10 to 2000 ng/ml with average recovery of 98.63%.
Journal Article

Method development and validation of a high-performance liquid chromatographic method for tramadol in human plasma using liquid-liquid extraction

TL;DR: An HPLC system using a simple liquid-liquid extraction and HPLC with UV detection has been validated to determine tramadol concentration in human plasma and good precision was obtained at LOQ.
