Investigation of geodesic acoustic mode oscillations in the T-10 tokamak
A.V. Melnikov,V.A. Vershkov,L.G. Eliseev,S.A. Grashin,A. V. Gudozhnik,L. I. Krupnik,S. E. Lysenko,V.A. Mavrin,S.V. Perfilov,D. A. Shelukhin,Sergey Soldatov,M.V. Ufimtsev,A. O. Urazbaev,G. Van Oost,L. G. Zimeleva +14 more
TL;DR: Geodesic acoustic modes (GAMs) were investigated on the T-10 tokamak using heavy ion beam probe, correlation reflectometry and multipin Langmuir probe diagnostics as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Summary of experimental core turbulence characteristics in ohmic and electron cyclotron resonance heated discharges in T-10 tokamak plasmas
V.A. Vershkov,D. A. Shelukhin,Sergey Soldatov,A. O. Urazbaev,S.A. Grashin,L.G. Eliseev,A.V. Melnikov +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the results of experimental turbulence investigations carried out at T-10 for more than 10 years were summarized using correlation reflectometry, multipin Langmuir probe (MLP) and heavy ion beam probe diagnostics.
Journal ArticleDOI
Measurements of plasma column rotation and potential in the TM-4 tokamak
V.I. Bugarya,A. V. Gorshkov,S.A. Grashin,I.V. Ivanov,V. A. Krupin,A.V. Mel′nikov,K. A. Razumova,Yu.A. Sokolov,V. M. Trukhin,A.V. Chankin,P.N. Yushmanov,L. I. Krupnik,I.S. Nedzel′skij +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the velocity of plasma rotation and the potential distributions are measured in the TM-4 device i n the Ohmic-heating regime, where the potential is negative at the centre of the column, and its magnitude is significantly larger than the ion temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI
The features of the global GAM in OH and ECRH plasmas in the T-10 tokamak
A.V. Melnikov,A.V. Melnikov,L.G. Eliseev,S.V. Perfilov,S. E. Lysenko,R. V. Shurygin,V. N. Zenin,S.A. Grashin,L. I. Krupnik,A.S. Kozachek,R.Yu. Solomatin,Artour G Elfimov,Andrei Smolyakov,Andrei Smolyakov,M.V. Ufimtsev +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the geodesic acoustic modes (GAMs) are considered as a possible mechanism of the plasma turbulence self-regulation in the T-10 tokamak, and a wide range of regimes with Ohmic, on-axis and off-axis electron cyclotron resonance heating (ECRH) were studied.
Journal ArticleDOI
Intermittent transport in the plasma periphery of the T-10 tokamak
TL;DR: In this paper, the radial and poloidal trajectories of the scrape-off layer (SOL) of T-10 tokamak were investigated and the authors found that the radial velocity of the high density plasma structures reduces from 1000m/s−1 near the last closed flux surface to 200m/m−1 at the wall of the vacuum chamber.
