Shape of 80 Kr at high spin

TL;DR: In this article, the lifetime of eight high spin states were measured in the yrast band of even-even nucleus by Doppler shift attenuation method, and the total Routhian surface calculations, using Woods-Saxon mean field potential and BCS pairing with Strutinsky shell correction procedure, predict a change from a near oblate to near prolate shape with small deformation along the Yrast band at high spin in ${}^{80}mathrm{Kr}.
Journal ArticleDOI

High spin structure of 84Y.

TL;DR: The high spin levels of [sup 84]Y have been established up to 12 MeV excitation energy and probable spin of 25[sup +] through the reaction [sup 59]Co([sup 28]Si,2[ital pn]) using in-beam [gamma]-ray spectroscopic techniques.
Journal ArticleDOI

Transition quadrupole moments in 84Zr.

TL;DR: In this paper, the high spin states of Zr have been studied through the {sup 58}Ni({sup 27}Al, p2n){sup 82}Zr reaction using a 92 MeV Zr beam up to an excitation energy of 5.2 MeV and a spin of 12{h_bar}.
