TL;DR: In this paper , the chloroplast genome of 72 Pinus species, the sequence variations, phylogenetic relationships and genome divergence among Pinnus species were investigated. And three types of repeats (tandem, palindromic and dispersed) were also studied in Pinus under investigation.
