Expression of the placental cytokines tumor necrosis factor α, interleukin 1β, and interleukin 10 is increased in preeclampsia ☆ ☆☆ ★
Brian K. Rinehart,Dom A. Terrone,Sandhya Lagoo-Deenadayalan,W.H. Barber,Enatra A. Hale b,James N. Martin,William A. Bennett +6 more
TL;DR: Placentas from preeclamptic patients demonstrated increased expression of interleukin 1β, interleokin 10, and tumor necrosis factor α, which may be in association with placental hypoxia and may contribute to the global endothelial dysfunction observed in preeclampsia.
Journal ArticleDOI
Development and validation of machine learning models to identify high-risk surgical patients using automatically curated electronic health record data (Pythia): A retrospective, single-site study.
