Journal ArticleDOI
Plasmoid ejection and secondary current sheet generation from magnetic reconnection in laser-plasma interaction.
Quan-Li Dong,Shoujun Wang,Quanming Lu,Can Huang,Dawei Yuan,Xun Liu,X. X. Lin,Yutong Li,Huigang Wei,Jiayong Zhong,Jianrong Shi,Shaoen Jiang,Yongkun Ding,Bobin Jiang,Kai Du,Xian-Tu He,M. Y. Yu,M. Y. Yu,C. S. Liu,Shui Wang,Yong-Jian Tang,Jianqiang Zhu,Gang Zhao,Zheng-Ming Sheng,Zheng-Ming Sheng,Jie Zhang,Jie Zhang +26 more
TL;DR: Two side-by-side thin target layers are used to more closely model magnetotail reconnection and it is found that at one end of the elongated CS a fanlike electron outflow region including three well-collimated electron jets appears and the tail of the jet energy distribution exhibits a power-law scaling.
Journal ArticleDOI
A novel flat-response x-ray detector in the photon energy range of 0.1-4 keV.
Zhichao Li,Xiaohua Jiang,Shenye Liu,Tianxuan Huang,Jian Zheng,Jiamin Yang,Sanwei Li,Liang Guo,Xuefeng Zhao,Huabin Du,Tianming Song,Rongqing Yi,Yonggang Liu,Shaoen Jiang,Yongkun Ding +14 more
TL;DR: The calibration of the detector shows that the detector has a desired flat response in the photon energy range of 0.1-4 keV, with a response flatness smaller than 13%, and has been successfully applied in the hohlraum experiment on Shenguang-III prototype laser facility.
Journal ArticleDOI
Quasi-sinusoidal single-order diffraction transmission grating used in x-ray spectroscopy
Longyu Kuang,Leifeng Cao,Xiaoli Zhu,Shunchao Wu,Zhebin Wang,Chuanke Wang,Shenye Liu,Shaoen Jiang,Jiamin Yang,Yongkun Ding,Changqing Xie,Jian Zheng +11 more
TL;DR: A novel design of quasi-sinusoidal single-order diffraction transmission grating (QSTG) is proposed, which can achieve a line density up to thousands line/millimeter as that of traditional transmission gratings with the current level of nanofabrication technique.
Journal ArticleDOI
A compact flat-response x-ray detector for the radiation flux in the range from 1.6 keV to 4.4 keV
Liang Guo,Liang Guo,Sanwei Li,Jian Zheng,Zhichao Li,Dong Yang,Huabin Du,Lifei Hou,Yanli Cui,Jiamin Yang,Shenye Liu,Shaoen Jiang,Yongkun Ding +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a band-pass flat-response x-ray detector is designed to measure the absolute M-band X-ray flux, which is measured using a compound filter in the range from 1.6 to 4.4 keV.
Journal ArticleDOI
Simulation study of Hohlraum experiments on SGIII-prototype laser facility
Wen Yi Huo,Guoli Ren,Ke Lan,Xin Li,Changshu Wu,Yongsheng Li,Chuanlei Zhai,Xiumei Qiao,Xujun Meng,Dongxian Lai,Wudi Zheng,Peijun Gu,Wenbing Pei,Sanwei Li,Rongqing Yi,Tianming Song,Xiaohua Jiang,Dong Yang,Shaoen Jiang,Yongkun Ding +19 more
TL;DR: In this article, the Hohlraum physics experiments performed on the SGIII-prototype laser facility are simulated by using our two-dimensional radiation hydrodynamic code LARED-H, and the influence of laser intensity on the two dimensional Hohlrasum simulations is studied.
