Jian Xiong,Jian Xiong,Bingchu Yang,Chenghao Cao,Chenghao Cao,Runsheng Wu,Yulan Huang,Jia Sun,Jian Zhang,Chengbin Liu,Shaohua Tao,Yongli Gao,Yongli Gao,Junliang Yang +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the degradation process and mechanism of planar heterojunction (PHJ) PSCs with a structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CH 3 NH 3 PbI 3 /PCBM/Al using in-situ experiments.
Journal ArticleDOI
Beam shaping of complex amplitude with separate constraints on the output beam.
Shaohua Tao,Weixing Yu +1 more
TL;DR: A beam shaping technique in controlling the complex amplitude of an optical beam is presented and a phase-only distribution is produced, which can be fabricated as diffractive optical element for higher diffraction efficiency.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-performance solar-blind SnO2 nanowire photodetectors assembled using optical tweezers
Jianwei Yan,Yang Chen,Xiaowu Wang,Ying Fu,Juxiang Wang,Jia Sun,Guozhang Dai,Shaohua Tao,Yongli Gao,Yongli Gao +9 more
TL;DR: It is confirmed that non-contact optical trapping can enable the construction of nanowire architectures for optoelectronic, bioelectronic, and other devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tri-phase all-optical switching and broadband nonlinear optical response in Bi 2 Se 3 nanosheets.
Xiaohong Li,Liu Runkai,Hanhan Xie,Yu Zhang,Bosai Lyu,Peng Wang,Jiahong Wang,Qi Fan,Ying Ma,Shaohua Tao,Si Xiao,Xue-Feng Yu,Yongli Gao,Jun He +13 more
TL;DR: The tri-phase all-optical switching and broadband nonlinear optical response in Bi2Se3 nanosheets is described and the SSPM of controlling light is measured at the typical wavelengths from 350 nm to 1160 nm, which demonstrates that this all-Optical switching is available in broadband.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dynamic self-diffraction in MoS(2) nanoflake solutions.
TL;DR: The dynamic distribution of MoS(2) nanoflake in solution under the effect of laser is obtained by dynamic diffraction image simulation and dynamic data simulation and analysis.
