The invention discloses a preparation method and application of hydrogel for removing pollutants on the surface of a base material, and belongs to the field of environmental protection. The method comprises the following steps: coating the surface of a polluted base material with a sodium alginate (SA) aqueous solution with the concentration of 1-4 wt%, and then uniformly spraying a calcium chloride (CaCl2) solution with the concentration of 1-4 wt% on the surface to promote crosslinking of the SA component to form a hydrogel film. The surface pollutants can enter the hydrogel film by means ofdissolution, adsorption and the like, and then the hydrogel film is peeled off from the surface, so that the pollutants on the surface of the base material are effectively removed. Meanwhile, graphene oxide (GO) or ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) and other active adsorption components can be added into the SA solution and are mixed to prepare a uniformly dispersed thick solution; then surface coating is conducted, the CaCl2 solution is sprayed to induce formation of the hydrogel film, and the removal effect of the hydrogel film on pollutants is improved through the strong adsorption effect provided by the GO or EDTA.

The invention provides a preparation method and an application of a temperature-responsive reversible hydrogel, and belongs to the field of biological materials. The temperature-responsive reversiblehydrogel realizes reversible 'sol-gel' transformation along with temperature changes, can be used as a hydrogel dressing and an injection hydrogel, and simultaneously realizes loading and controlled release of different drugs. The preparation method of the temperature-responsive reversible hydrogel comprises the following steps: preparing an polypeptide aqueous solution capable of self-assemblingto form a one-dimensional nano-structure, wherein the concentration of the polypeptide in the solution is greater than a self-assembly critical concentration; standing the solution to complete self-assembly; dissolving poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) in a Tris buffer solution, carrying out standing overnight, and carrying out stirring to obtain a poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) solution; and mixing the self-assembled polypeptide solution and the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) solution at 30 DEG C to obtain a final solution, thereby obtaining hydrogel when the temperature of the final solution is more than or equal to 32 DEG C.

Preparation method and application of temperature-responsive reversible hydrogel

The abuse of antibiotics has brought a series of medical problems including the increase of bacterial drug-resistance. Given the current conditions researchers tend to develop a new field of medicines to gradually replace conventional anti-bacterial agents. Nanomaterials-based anti-bacterial agents have drawn tremendous interest because of a range of advantages over traditional anti-bacterial agents including higher efficiency, low provocation of drug-resistance, lower cost and other specific properties given by the nanoscale, making it a research topic in great demand. At present, numerous categories of anti-bacterial agents have been developed and completed with various properties, and along with the process many hypothesis and mechanisms have been suggested to serve as conferences to guide further research and creation. This research aims at summarizing mechanisms of current typical nanomaterials-based anti-bacterial agents including anti-bacterial peptide, carbon-based nanomaterials (CNMs) and metal nanomaterials while also providing related application fields in order to give a primary and wide acknowledge.
