Journal ArticleDOI
PtCl2-Catalyzed Conversion of 1,6- and 1,7-Enynes to 1- Vinylcycloalkenes. Anomalous Bond Connection in Skeletal Reorganization of Enynes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Incorporation of Two Molecules of Carbon Monoxide into N-Lithioketimine Leading to Azetidine-2,3-diones.
TL;DR: The reaction of N-lithioketimines 1, prepared in situ from R1CN (R1 = t-Bu, 1-adamantyl, CH3OCH2(CH3)2C) with CO followed by addition of MeI affords azetidine-2,3-diones 2 in 40-86% yields as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI
Oxidation of Olefins with Benzenetellurinic Anhydride.
TL;DR: In this paper, it was shown that benzenetellurenic acid derivatives formed in situ are the active species for diacetoxylation of olefins, probably via anti-acetoxytellurenylation, followed by displacement of the phenyltelluro group by an acetoxy group with inversion.
Journal ArticleDOI
New system for reductions with carbon monoxide. 3. selenium-catalyzed reduction of aromatic nitro compounds to amines by carbon monoxide/water in the presence of triethylamine
Journal ArticleDOI
Oxyselenation, reaction of olefins with dimethyl selenoxide
TL;DR: In this paper, the reaction of olefins with Me2SeO in AcOH-CHCl3 gave 2-acetoxyalkyl methyl selenides in good yields.
