Improving Oil Recovery Through Fracture Injection and Production of Multiple Fractured Horizontal Wells

TL;DR: In this paper, the feasibility of the inter-fracture injection and production (IFIP) method to increase oil production rates of horizontal wells is investigated, and the suggested well completion scheme for the IFIP methods is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Oil and Gas Development

TL;DR: Current situation of the application of AI in oilfield development is concluded, suggestions and potential directions of future work AI application in oil and gas developing are provided.
Journal ArticleDOI

An Improved Rate-Transient Analysis Model of Multi-Fractured Horizontal Wells with Non-Uniform Hydraulic Fracture Properties

TL;DR: In this article, an improved RTA model of multi-fractured horizontal wells (MFHWs) is presented to investigate the effects of non-uniform properties of hydraulic fractures (production of fractures, fracture half-length, number of fractures and fracture conductivity, and vertical permeability) on rate transient behaviors through the diagnostic type curves.
