TL;DR: Despite identical technical success rates of PCI between the 2 sexes, women with PCI for ST elevation myocardial infarction have a 20% higher age‐adjusted risk of death and of ischemic cardiac and cerebrovascular events.

TL;DR: Plasmodium knowlesi infection has to be taken into account in feverish travellers returning from Thailand/Myanmar because this species can cause life-threatening or even lethal complications and should be treated like severe P. falciparum infections.
