Smart Textile-Integrated Microelectronic Systems for Wearable Applications
Jidong Shi,Su Liu,Lisha Zhang,Bao Yang,Lin Shu,Ying Yang,Ming Ren,Yang Wang,Jiewei Chen,Wei Chen,Yang Chai,Xiaoming Tao +11 more
TL;DR: The programmable nature of smart textiles makes them an indispensable part of an emerging new technology field and a timely overview and comprehensive review of progress of this field in the last five years are provided.
Journal ArticleDOI
Low-dimensional carbon based sensors and sensing network for wearable health and environmental monitoring
TL;DR: An in-depth overview and review of sensors and sensing networks for strain, pressure, surface bio-potential, gas and temperature, which are made from low-dimensional carbon nano-materials and their composites are presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Textile Electronics for VR/AR Applications
TL;DR: A systematic review of the literature on the state‐of‐the‐art of interactive devices, fabrication technologies, system integration, promising applications, and challenges involved in textile‐based VR/AR systems is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Smart E-textile: Resistance properties of conductive knitted fabric – Single pique
TL;DR: In this paper, the resistance properties of single pique, a fabric that is conductive and has a knitted structure that uses tuck stitches, a typical structure in knitting, are investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
The impact of float stitches on the resistance of conductive knitted structures
TL;DR: In this article, a geometric model was proposed to predict the resistance of plain weft knitted structures. But the float structure is another important basic knitted structure, and it has been found that the variation of the knitted shape can impact the properties of a conductive knitted fabric.
