Effects of Pressure and Dissolved Oxygen Concentration on Growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa : Studies on Fermentation under Increased Pressure (II)
Journal ArticleDOI
Surfactant modification of lipases for lipid interesterification and hydrolysis reactions
TL;DR: The results suggest that the surfactant modification process is effective not only for interesterification but also lipase purification.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation of Giant Vesicles Larger than 30 μm That Entrap a Model Hydrophilic Substance Using a Size-controlled Water-in-Oil Emulsion

Effects of Axial Dispersion and Mass Transfer Resistance on Conversion in a Hollow Fiber Enzyme Reactor
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of substrate presoaking treatment of support materials on the activity of immobilized glucoamylase.
TL;DR: Pig bone (PB) particles-100 showed the largest substrate presoaking effect among some representative support materials, increasing the activity of immobilized glucoamylase by 10 times, and a rapid crosslinking treatment of the enzyme and the substrate-presoaked support was required.
