Photocatalytic activity of nanostructured TiO2 thin films prepared by dc magnetron sputtering method

TL;DR: In this article, the dc magnetron reactive sputtering method using Ar and O 2 as working gases was used to construct transparent and colourless nanostructured titanium dioxide thin films with anatase phase.
Journal ArticleDOI

Improvement of photocatalytic activity of TiO2 thin film by Sn ion implantation

TL;DR: In this paper, transparent and colorless TiO2 thin films were deposited onto microscope glass slides by means of a JGP-350C r.f. magnetron reactive sputtering system using Ar and O2 as working gases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Anti-oxidation properties of a BN/SiC/Si3N4–ZrO2–SiO2 multilayer coating for carbon/carbon composites

TL;DR: In this paper, a multilayer coating system by pack cementation and sol-gel slurry method was developed to improve the oxidation behavior of carbon/carbon composites, which consists of a BN-SiC inner dual-layer and a Si3N4-ZrO2-SiO2 outer barrier layer.
Journal ArticleDOI

The effects of oxygen plasma radiation on a-C:H films

TL;DR: In this paper, hydrogenated amorphous carbon (a-C:H) films were prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method with three different groups of processing parameters, and after being radiated in oxygen plasma for 30 min, the properties of all the a-C-H changed significantly.
