Yoshinori Imai,T. Akiike,Masafumi Hanawa,Ichiro Tsukada,Ataru Ichinose,Atsutaka Maeda,Tatsuo Hikage,Takahiko Kawaguchi,Hiroshi Ikuta +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the crystal structures and superconducting properties of thin films of FeSe$0.5}$Te$ 0.5$ grown on eight different substrates were investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Systematic Comparison of Eight Substrates in the Growth of FeSe0.5Te0.5 Superconducting Thin Films
Yoshinori Imai,T. Akiike,Masafumi Hanawa,Ichiro Tsukada,Ataru Ichinose,Atsutaka Maeda,Tatsuo Hikage,Takahiko Kawaguchi,Hiroshi Ikuta +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the crystal structures and superconducting properties of thin films of FeSe0.5Te 0.5 grown on eight different substrates were investigated, and it was shown that the presence or absence of an amorphous-like layer at the substrate surface plays a key role in determining the structural and superconding properties.
Journal ArticleDOI
Epitaxial Growth of FeSe0.5Te0.5 Thin Films on CaF2 Substrates with High Critical Current Density
Ichiro Tsukada,Masafumi Hanawa,T. Akiike,Fuyuki Nabeshima,Yoshinori Imai,Ataru Ichinose,Seiki Komiya,Tatsuo Hikage,Takahiko Kawaguchi,Hiroshi Ikuta,Atsutaka Maeda +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the in-situ epitaxial growth of FeSe0.5Te 0.5 thin films is demonstrated on a nonoxide substrate CaF2.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In-situ epitaxial growth of FeSe$0.5}$Te$ 0.5$ thin films is demonstrated on a non-oxide substrate CaF$_2$ in this article.
Journal ArticleDOI
In situ growth of superconducting NdFeAs(O,F) thin films by molecular beam epitaxy
Takahiko Kawaguchi,Hiroki Uemura,T. Ohno,Masao Tabuchi,Toru Ujihara,Koshi Takenaka,Yoshikazu Takeda,Hiroshi Ikuta +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, superconducting NdFeAs(O,F) thin films were grown on GaAs substrates by molecular beam epitaxy, and they were shown to exhibit a clear super-conducting transition with an onset temperature up to 48 K and zero resistance temperature of up to 42 K without the need of an ex situ annealing process.
