Journal ArticleDOI
Improvement of properties of an ambipolar organic field-effect transistor by using a singlet biradicaloid film
Wataru Yamane,Harunobu Koike,Masayuki Chikamatsu,Takashi Kubo,Tomohiko Nishiuchi,Kaname Kanai +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors improved the properties of ambipolar organic field effect transistors by chemically treating the source and drain electrodes with a vacuum-deposited Biradicaloid film.
Journal ArticleDOI
Sterically Frustrated Aromatic Enes with Various Colors Originating from Multiple Folded and Twisted Conformations in Crystal Polymorphs.
Tomohiko Nishiuchi,Seito Aibara,Takuya Yamakado,Ryosuke Kimura,Shohei Saito,Hiroyasu Sato,Takashi Kubo +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , the relationship between color and parameters associated with conformational features around the C=C bond was elucidated using experimental and theoretical studies, and the variously colored conformations in the FAE crystal change in response to various external stimuli, such as mechanical grinding, hydrostatic pressure and thermal heating.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Singlet Biradical Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon
Akihito Konishi,Yasukazu Hirao,Masayoshi Nakano,Akihiro Shimizu,Edith Botek,Benoît Champagne,Daisuke Shiomi,Kazunobu Sato,Takeji Takui,Kouzou Matsumoto,Hiroyuki Kurata,Takashi Kubo +11 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetic interaction in 2D sheet structure of bis(1H, 4H-5,6-diethylpyrazinedithiolato) copper(II) trifluoroacetate
TL;DR: In this article, the SQUID measurement of the Cu complex reveals the χT value of 0.381 ǫ km/m−1 at room temperature, which is close to the calculated value for uncorrelated Sǫ 1/2 spins.
