Ammonia mapping observations toward the Galactic massive star-forming region Sh 2-255 and Sh 2-257

TL;DR: In this article , NH$_3 (2,2)/(1,1)$ ratio was derived for the KAGONMA (KAgoshima Galactic Object survey with the Nobeyama 45-metre telescope by Mapping in Ammonia lines) project.
Journal ArticleDOI

Multi log-normal density structure in cygnus-X molecular clouds: A fitting for N-PDF without power-law

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors studied the H2 column density probability distribution function (N-PDF) based on molecular emission lines using the Nobeyama 45m Cygnus X CO survey data.
Journal ArticleDOI

Difference of the Gas Density Histograms in and out of spiral arms in Milky Way Galaxy

TL;DR: In this paper, the volume density of the voxel from the observed column density is estimated using the kinetic distance, and the resultant gas density histogram of the inter-arm regions show lognormal or lognorm or linear shape, but those in the spiral arm regions show flat-top shape.
