Optical and electrical properties of nanostructured implanted silicon n + -p junction passivated by atomic layer deposited Al 2 O 3
Tao Xu,Zhenghao Tian,Omar Ibrahim Elmi,Christophe Krzeminski,Odile Robbe,Y. Lambert,Dimitri Yakeda,Etienne Okada,Bin Wei,Didier Stiévenard +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a two-step ion implantation method has been developed to fabricate the nanostructured n + -p junctions with theoretical support of two dimensional Monte Carlo simulations to predict and optimize the junction profile.
Book ChapterDOI
Combined STM and Four-Probe Resistivity Measurements on Single Semiconductor Nanowires
TL;DR: In this paper, a multiple probe tunneling microscope that operates under a scanning electron microscope in ultra-high vacuum is described, which is well adapted to study the resistivity of semiconductor nanowires.
Journal ArticleDOI
Composition modulation by twinning in InAsSb nanowires
M. Schnedler,Tao Xu,Tao Xu,V. Portz,J-P Nys,Sebastien Plissard,Sebastien Plissard,Maxime Berthe,Holger Eisele,Rafal E. Dunin-Borkowski,P. Ebert,Bruno Grandidier +11 more
TL;DR: A composition modulated axial heterostructure in zincblende (ZB) InAs0.90Sb0.10 nanowires initiated by pseudo-periodic twin boundaries is observed using scanning tunneling microscopy, predicting compositional band offsets in addition to known structural band offsets present between 4H and ZB polytypes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of periodically modified n-type electron transport layers on the optoelectrical performance of organic light-emitting diodes
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the properties of Cs 2 CO 3 doped 4, 7-Diphenyl-1, 10-phenanthroline (Bphen) film and the effects of its thickness on the optoelectrical performance of microcavity organic light-emitting diodes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Could sulfidation enhance the long-term performance of nano-zero valent iron in the peroxymonosulfate activation to degrade 2-chlorobiphenyl?
TL;DR: In this article , a sulfide-modified nano-zero valent iron (nZVI) was prepared by different sulfidation methods and S/Fe ratios, and the behavior of S-nZvi on the peroxymonosulfatec (PMS) activation to degrade 2-chlorobiphenyl for continuous 5 rounds was investigated.
