Highly efficient and foldable top-emission organic light-emitting diodes based on Ag-nanoparticles modified graphite electrode
Shuanglong Wang,Jiali Yang,Tao Xu,Dehai Dou,Zhenyu Tang,Zhixiang Gao,Minyu Chen,Kunping Guo,Junsheng Yu,Jérôme Plain,Renaud Bachelot,Jianhua Zhang,Bin Wei +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a new strategy for efficient and foldable top-emission flexible organic light-emitting devices (TE-FOLEDs) is demonstrated, which is based on a highly conductive Ag-nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) modified graphite that is used as a flexible bottom electrode.
Journal ArticleDOI
Towards all-solution-processed top-illuminated flexible organic solar cells using ultrathin Ag-modified graphite-coated poly(ethylene terephthalate) substrates
Shuanglong Wang,Yi Zhao,Hong Lian,Cuiyun Peng,Xuyong Yang,Yulai Gao,Yan Peng,Weixia Lan,Omar Ibrahim Elmi,Didier Stiévenard,Bin Wei,Fu Rong Zhu,Tao Xu +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an all-solution-processed flexible organic solar cells (FOSCs) with high power conversion efficiency (PCE) are the prerequisite for application in low-cost, large-area, flexible, photovoltaic devices.
Journal ArticleDOI
Enhanced photovoltaic performance in inverted polymer solar cells using Li ion doped ZnO cathode buffer layer
TL;DR: In this paper, Li ZnO CBL was prepared using the diffusion technique, performed by inducing the Li ion of 8-hydroxyquinolatolithium (Liq) to diffuse into ZNO film through annealing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Optical absorption of silicon nanowires
Tao Xu,Tao Xu,Yannick Lambert,Christophe Krzeminski,Bruno Grandidier,Didier Stiévenard,Gaëtan Lévêque,Abdellatif Akjouj,Yan Pennec,Bahram Djafari-Rouhani +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, simulations and measurements of the optical absorption of silicon nanowires (NWs) versus their diameter are reported. But the authors do not address the simulation of the absorption based on two different theoretical methods: the first one is useful to calculate the scattering and absorption properties of a single or a finite set of NWs.
