The study of these systems forms the core of the ARLES' work, which is specifically concerned with defining new system software architectures, based on the use of emerging networking technologies. In this context, we concentrate on the study of distributed systems which bring to life the vision of ubiquitous computing systems, also known as ambient intelligence.

Sustainability assessment is being increasingly viewed as an important tool to aid in the shift towards sustainability. However, this is a new and evolving concept and there remain very few examples of effective sustainability assessment processes implemented anywhere in the world. Sustainability assessment is often described as a process by which the implications of an initiative on sustainability are evaluated, where the initiative can be a proposed or existing policy, plan, programme, project, piece of legislation, or a current practice or activity. However, this generic definition covers a broad range of different processes, many of which have been described in the literature as 'sustainability assessment'. This article seeks to provide some clarification by reflecting on the different approaches described in the literature as being forms of sustainability assessment, and evaluating them in terms of their potential contributions to sustainability. Many of these are actually examples of 'integrated assessment', derived from environmental impact assessment (EIA) and strategic environmental assessment (SEA), but which have been extended to incorporate social and economic considerations as well as environmental ones, reflecting a 'triple bottom line' (TBL) approach to sustainability. These integrated assessment processes typically either seek to minimise 'unsustainability', or to achieve TBL objectives. Both aims may, or may not, result in sustainable practice. We present an alternative conception of sustainability assessment, with the more ambitious aim of seeking to determine whether or not an initiative is actually sustainable. We term such processes 'assessment for sustainability'. 'Assessment for sustainability' firstly requires that the concept of sustainability be well-defined. The article compares TBL approaches and principles-based approaches to developing such sustainability criteria, concluding that the latter are more appropriate, since they avoid many of the inherent limitations of the triple-bottom-line as a conception of sustainability.

Article history: Received July 3, 2018 Received in revised format: July 10, 2018 Accepted August 2, 2018 Available online August 2, 2018 Seaweed had proven to become a fisheries commodity to provide a significant multiplier economic effect for coastal community in Southeast Maluku District during 2005-2013. However, the declining on the productivity of seaweed has given a direct impact on welfare of farmers and coastal communities in this region during the recent years, due to asymmetric information on seaweed farming associated with prices, latest technology and all pre and post production activities. Thus, forming a dedicated information centre for seaweed farming in the region has become a necessity. As small island regions, in Southeast Maluku district, farmers and all stakeholder have to deal with cliché problems such as insufficient infrastructure, lack of transportation, farmers locations that spread across the islands. This paper focused on the selection of suitable location for the information centre for seaweed farming in Southeast Maluku district, Indonesia. Analytical hierarchy process (AHP), in classical and fuzzy forms, was an approach used on this study for suitability analysis. Moreover, GIS for spatial analysis in addition to AHP was used to compare the best results for the location of information centre for seaweed farmers. The results show that fuzzy AHP could provide more suitability location compared with conventional AHP. Most of suitability locations were located in three sub-districts regions and also most of them were located in Kei Kecil Island and Kei Besar Islands due to the geographical characteristics of the region. The sensitivity analysis was conducted to measure the sensitivity of the results when the weight of each criterion was changed. An Application of Association Rule Mining in Total Productive Maintenance Strategy: An Analysis and Modelling in Wooden Door Manufacturing Industry

Telecommunication users are rapidly growing each year. As people keep demanding a better service level of Short Message Service (SMS), telephone or data use, service providers compete to attract their customer, while customer feedbacks in some platforms, for example Twitter, are their souce of information. Multinomial Naive Bayes Tree, adapted from the method of Multinomial Naive Bayes and Decision Tree, is one technique in data mining used to classify the raw data or feedback from customers.Multinomial Naive Bayes method used specifically addressing frequency in the text of the sentence or document. Documents used in this study are comments of Twitter users on the GSM telecommunications provider in Indonesia.This research employed Multinomial Naive Bayes Tree classification technique to categorize customers sentiment opinion towards telecommunication providers in Indonesia. Sentiment analysis only included the class of positive, negative and neutral. This research generated a Decision Tree roots in the feature "aktif" in which the probability of the feature "aktif" was from positive class in Multinomial Naive Bayes method. The evaluation showed that the highest accuracy of classification using Multinomial Naive Bayes Tree (MNBTree) method was 16.26% using 145 features. Moreover, the Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB) yielded the highest accuracy of 73,15% by using all dataset of 1665 features. The expected benefits in this research are that the Indonesian telecommunications provider can evaluate the performance and services to reach customer satisfaction of various needs.

A System Analysis and Design for Packaging Design of Powder Shaped Fresheners Based on Kansei Engineering

Decision support system in development and Down-streaming of coconut-based agroindustry constitutes a meaningful approach for stakeholders in decision making process, in which it is semi-structural process in coconut agroindustry. This current work aimed to identify and analyze a method and approach in development of coconut agroindustry and its downstream, as well as to collaborate and criticize both stages. This work has reviewed 146 scientific articles from 5 main publication databases worldwide published between 2000 â€“ 2018. The identification and classification techniques of this work included multicriteria decision making, financial feasibility study, qualitative and quantitative study, while the methods were generally grouped into decision support system, multicriteria decision making, multi objective decision making, smart system. Currently, methods in decision making system in the area of coconut agroindustry in both downstream and development stage mostly discussed in traditional perspective, without considering spatial intelligent decision support system which enables us to create decision faster. This work successfully built research framework as feed for further model development using smart decision making system covering development and downstream coconut agroindustry with integration of potential area mapping model, product development, and institutional aspect.
