Arterial spin labeling imaging for the detection of cerebral blood flow asymmetry in patients with corticobasal syndrome

TL;DR: ASL imaging showed significant CBF asymmetry in a wider range of brain regions in patients with CBS, which suggests that noninvasive MRI with ASL imaging is a promising tool for the diagnosis of CBS, with advantages that include the simultaneous evaluation of asymmetrical hypoperfusion in addition to focal atrophy.
Journal Article

Impact on PET Texture Features of Imaging Biomarkers or Predicting Survival of Patients with Uterine Sarcoma-Preliminary Results

TL;DR: It is hypothesized that heterogeneity in tumor metabolism recorded by new image-analysis statistical tool, texture analysis, designed to report tumor heterogeneity in FDG uptake is reflective of tumor biologic heterogeneity and could be used as a biomarker to predict patient outcome.
Journal ArticleDOI

[18F]FES PET Resolves the Diagnostic Dilemma of COVID-19-Vaccine-Associated Hypermetabolic Lymphadenopathy in ER-Positive Breast Cancer

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors presented two case reports of women with estrogen-receptor (ER)-positive cancer of the breast who were vaccinated for COVID-19 in the deltoid muscle.
Journal ArticleDOI

Feasibility of Renal Blood Flow Measurement Using 64Cu-ATSM PET/MRI: A Quantitative PET and MRI Study

TL;DR: In this paper , the renal blood flow (RBF) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) was evaluated using 64Cu(II)-diacetyl-bis(4-methylthiosemicarbazonate) (64Cu-ATSM) for positron emission tomography (PET)/magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
