Journal ArticleDOI

Syntheses and evaluation of pyridazine and pyrimidine containing bioisosteres of (+/-)-pyrido[3.4-b]homotropane and pyrido-[3.4-b]tropane as novel nAChR ligands.

TL;DR: In comparison to PHT, well known to exhibit affinity for agonist binding sites in rat brain approximately equivalent to that of (+)-anatoxin-a, replacement of the pyridine by the bioisosteric pyridazine resulted in 30-fold lower affinity at the (alpha4)2(beta2)3 subtype.
Journal ArticleDOI

[4 + 2]-Cycloadditionen mit inversem Elektronenbedarf, XVII. Oxepin und 2,7-Dimethyloxepin als Dienophile bei Diels-Alder-Cycloadditionen mit inversem Elektronenbedarf

TL;DR: The cycloaddition reactions of oxepin (1) with tetrazine 3 and the triazine 12 yield the dihydrooxepino[4,5-d]pyridazine 5 and the oxepinospyridine 13, resp., via [2 + 4] cycloadding as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

15N‐NMR‐Studien der Tautomerie in N‐monosubstituierten Amidinen und in N,N′‐Diphenylguanidin

TL;DR: In this paper, the position of the tautomeric equilibrium of N-monosubstituted amidines and of N,N′-diphenylguanidine was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

15N‐NMR‐Studien an 2‐Hydroxyguanidinen und Amidoximen

TL;DR: In this article, structural and protonation sites of 2-hydroxyguanidines and amide oximes 4 were discussed, and the synthesis of 1-monosubstituierter 2-HOG was improved.
