Journal ArticleDOI
Disordered macrophage cytokine secretion underlies impaired acute inflammation and bacterial clearance in Crohn's disease

TL;DR: It is suggested that in CD macrophages, an abnormal proportion of cytokines are routed to lysosomes and degraded rather than being released through the normal secretory pathway, which indicates accelerated intracellular breakdown.
Journal ArticleDOI
Statistical Analysis of Reliability Data.
Journal ArticleDOI
Uniform Asymptotic Normality of the Maximum Likelihood Estimator
TL;DR: In this article, a general result concerning weak consistency and uniform asymptotic normality of the maximum likelihood estimator is presented, which proves to be of particular value in establishing uniform normality for random normalized estimators of parameters in stochastic processes.

Probability matching priors
TL;DR: Probability Matching Prior (PMP) as mentioned in this paper is a prior distribution under which the posterior probabilities of certain regions coincide with their coverage probabilities, either exactly or approximately, to ensure exact or approximate frequentist validity of Bayesian credible regions.
