Journal ArticleDOI
Diagnostic cut-offs, prevalence, and biochemical predictors of sarcopenia in healthy Indian adults: The Sarcopenia-Chandigarh Urban Bone Epidemiological Study (Sarco-CUBES).
Rimesh Pal,Anshita Aggarwal,Tulika Singh,Sadhna Sharma,Niranjan Khandelwal,Abhilasha Garg,Anil Bhansali,Ashok Kumar,Urmila Yadav,Priyanka Singh,Vandana Dhiman,Pinaki Dutta,Sanjay Kumar Bhadada +12 more
TL;DR: Indians have low muscle strength and muscle mass, and hence, indigenous and not Western cut-offs should be used to define sarcopenia in Indians, according to the present study.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: Research and international outreach projects presented at the 2015 annual RAD-AID conference emphasize important global themes, including recent slowing of emerging market growth that threatens to constrain the advance of radiology.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pre-operative Assessment of Ablation Margins for Variable Blood Perfusion Metrics in a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Based Complex Breast Tumour Anatomy: Simulation Paradigms in Thermal Therapies.
TL;DR: Depending on the blood perfusion characteristics of a tumour, it is a trade-off between heat-dosage and exposure/treatment duration to get desired thermal damage including the irregular tumour boundaries while taking into account, the margin of healthy tissue.
Journal Article
Crystal structure of peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase from mycobacterium smegmatis reveals novel features related to enzyme dynamics.
Ashok Kumar,Nagendra Singh,Rahul Yadav,Ramasamy P. Kumar,Sujata Sharma,Ashish Arora,Tulika Singh +6 more
TL;DR: The functionally important C-terminal stretch has been unambiguously modeled for the first time in the unliganded structure of peptidyl-tRNA hydrolase and indicates a stereochemically favorable arrangement of these residues for catalytic action.
Journal ArticleDOI
An alternate surgical approach to reduce hemorrhage and complications during cesarean hysterectomy for adherent placenta.
Pradip Kumar Saha,Rashmi Bagga,Jasvinder Kalra,Aashima Arora,Rimpi Singla,Vanita Suri,Kajal Jain,Praveen Kumar,Nalini Gupta,Ashish Jain,Tulika Singh,Ravimohan S. Mavuduru +11 more
