TL;DR: In this paper, the SiO2/Si targets were deposited by rf magnetron sputtering of compound SiO 2 and Si targets, and the results showed that the Si/SiO2 interface state on integral visible photoluminescence (PL) emission was strongly influenced by the interface state.
