Interactive social media interventions to promote health equity: an overview of reviews.

TL;DR: Social media interventions were effective in certain populations at risk for disadvantage (youth, older adults, low socioeconomic status, rural), which indicates that these interventions may be effective for promoting health equity, however, confirmation of effectiveness would require further study.

TL;DR: LLLT should be considered for short term relief of pain and morning stiffness in RA, particularly since it has few side effects, and for OA, the results are conflicting in different studies and may depend on the method of application and other features of the LLLT.

Meta-analysis of calcium supplementation for the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of calcium on bone density and fractures in postmenopausal women was discussed. But, osteoporosis investigators did not address the possible effect of using calcium on reducing the incidence of nonvertebral fractures.
