Synthesis, antitubercular evaluation and molecular docking studies of phthalimide bearing 1,2,3-triazoles
Pramod S. Phatak,Rajubai D. Bakale,Sambhaji T. Dhumal,Lalita K. Dahiwade,Prafulla B. Choudhari,Vagolu Siva Krishna,Dharmarajan Sriram,Kishan P. Haval +7 more
TL;DR: A library of newly substituted dioxoisoindolinylmethyl-triazolyl-N-phenylacetamide derivatives (5a–l) has been synthesized via click chemistry approach and shows very effective antitubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv with MIC 12.5 μg/mL.
Journal ArticleDOI
1,2,3-Triazole-fused spirochromenes as potential anti-tubercular agents: synthesis and biological evaluation
Dongamanti Ashok,Pamula Chiranjeevi,Aamate Vikas Kumar,M. Sarasija,Vagolu Siva Krishna,Dharmarajan Sriram,Sridhar Balasubramanian +6 more
TL;DR: Among the compounds tested against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain, some products exhibited potent antimycobacterial activity with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values ranging from 1.56 to 6.25 μg mL−1.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ultrasonication-ionic liquid synergy for the synthesis of new potent anti-tuberculosis 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl-pyrazole based spirooxindolopyrrolizidines.
TL;DR: The aim of the study is to design and synthesis of a new series of potent anti-TB 1,2,4-triazol-1-yl-pyrazole based spirooxindolopyrrolizidines with their safety profile with lower toxicity which could be promising hits for anti-tuberculosis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Pyrazole–coumarin and pyrazole–quinoline chalcones as potential antitubercular agents
TL;DR: Two series of novel pyrazole-coumarin chalcones and pyrazoles-quinoline chalCones were synthesized using multiple-step reactions, and these compounds exhibited good pharmacological and oral absorption properties.
Journal ArticleDOI
New N-phenylacetamide-incorporated 1,2,3-triazoles: [Et3NH][OAc]-mediated efficient synthesis and biological evaluation
Satish V. Akolkar,Amol A. Nagargoje,Vagolu Siva Krishna,Dharmarajan Sriram,Jaiprakash N. Sangshetti,Manoj G. Damale,Bapurao B. Shingate +6 more
TL;DR: The present synthetic method exhibited numerous advantages such as mild reaction conditions, excellent product yields, minimal chemical waste, operational simplicity, shorter reaction time, and a wide range of substrate scope.
