TL;DR: The results indicated the use of three species to be established in the existing pasture of the Cerrado (savannahs), considering the increments in height, stem diameter and survival rate: chico-magro (G. ulmifolia), caroba (J. decurrens) and canafistula (Peltophorum dubium).
Journal Article

TL;DR: Compared to the monoculture, the trees planted in silvopastoral system had lower overall height, larger taper and higher biomass in pantry, while trees with north sun exposure were lower, more conical, produced more branches and leaves in the lower parts of the treetops.
Journal ArticleDOI

Oat tillering and tiller traits under different nitrogen levels in an eucalyptus agroforestry system in Subtropical Brazil

TL;DR: The hypothesis of this research is that nitrogen does not increase oat tolerance to negative interference from trees, so oat tillering persistence in grain production remains un-modified by nitrogen at distances relative to the eucalyptus tracks, within the alley cropping agroforestry system (ACS).
