TL;DR: In this article, the authors compared the age-standardized prevalence and management of cardiovascular risk factors in people living with HIV to that of the general population in Spain and found that the prevalence of treated diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia were up to three-fold lower in both women and men living in both genders.
