Coordination polymers based on bis-ZnII salphen complexes and functional ditopic ligands for efficient polymer light-emitting diodes (PLEDs)

TL;DR: In this article, a series of coordination polymers have been successfully developed through metal-ligand interactions between the bis-ZnII salphen complexes and functional ditopic ligands.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of triosmium alkylidyne clusters incorporating bis(diphenylphosphino) alkane type ligands. Crystal structures of [{Os3(μ-H)2(CO)9(μ3-C)}2(μ-dppp)] (dppp = bis(diphenylphosphino)propane) and [Os3(μ-H)2(CO)8(μ3-CPPh2CH2PPh2)]

TL;DR: In this paper, the reaction of triosmium alkylidyne clusters with excess bis(diphenylphosphino)methane (dppm), bis(dimethylphosphinosethane)ethane(dppe) or bis(mphosphine)propane (propane), with 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (dbu) yields [Os3(μ-H)2(CO)9(μ3-CPPh
Journal ArticleDOI

Long-lived excited states of platinum(II)-porphyrins for co-catalyst-free solar-driven hydrogen evolution

TL;DR: In this article , two Pt(II)-porphyrins conjugated with naphthalimide (NI) chromophore, PtT(p-NI)PP and PtD(p)-NIPP, are synthesized in excellent yields and characterized by photophysical, electrochemical, and density functional theory studies.
Journal ArticleDOI

1,2,4-Triazole derivatives as host materials for blue and green phosphorescent organic light-emitting devices

TL;DR: In this article, a host material called 9-(6-(3-phenyl-5-(pyridin-2-yl)-4 H -1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)hexyl)-9 H -carbazole (PPHCZ) was designed and synthesized by incorporating 1, 2, 4, 4 triazol as the electron-withdrawing moiety and carbazole as electron-donating moiety using hexyl as bridge.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis and Characterization of a Large-Sized π-Conjugated Copper(II) Complex Nanosheet

TL;DR: Inspired by the flexibility of the bottom-up approach in choosing building blocks of two-dimensional materials, a π-conjugated metal complex nanosheet (HHTP-Cu) was successfully prepared by the coordination of the ligand 2,3,6,7,10,11-hexahydroxytriphenylene (HTP) and Cu(II) ion at the water/oil interface as mentioned in this paper.
