TL;DR: Using inter-lineage chimera and mutation-patch strategies, a recombinant monomeric spike variant (STFK1628x) that contains key regions and residues across multiple SAR-CoV-2 variants was proposed in this article .
Journal ArticleDOI
Expression of Human Cytomegalovirus IE1 Leads to Accumulation of Mono-SUMOylated PML That Is Protected from Degradation by Herpes Simplex Virus 1 ICP0.
TL;DR: The finding that HCMV IE1 protected hPML from degradation by HSV ICP0 is important, because the PML body (aka ND10) is believed to be the first line of host intrinsic defense against herpesviral infection.
Journal ArticleDOI
Detection and analysis of tupaia hepatocytes via mAbs against tupaia serum albumin.
Xuan Liu,Lunzhi Yuan,Quan Yuan,Yali Zhang,Kun Wu,Tianying Zhang,Yong Wu,Wangheng Hou,Tengyun Wang,Pingguo Liu,James Wai-Kuo Shih,Tong Cheng,Ningshao Xia +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, two mouse monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) 4G5 and 9H3 against Tupaia serum albumin (TSA) were developed to recognize primary tupaia hepatocytes (PTHs) and they did not show cross-reactivity with liver albumin from common experimental animals such as the mouse, rat, cow, rabbit, goat, monkey, and chicken.

Coxsackievirus for treating tumor
TL;DR: In this article, a method for treating the tumor is described, and the method comprises the step that the coxsackievirus B3 or the modification form of the CVB3, or the genomic sequence or the cDNA sequence containing the CVSVirusB3 and the modification forms of the cVSVVB3 are applied to the subject needing tumor treating.
Journal ArticleDOI
Tetracysteine as a Reporter for Gene Therapy
TL;DR: TC is a new kind of reporter gene for lentiviral vector in future gene therapy and could be used in blood sample detection.
