TL;DR: In this article, a method for constructing the same and application of the lae1 gene over-expression trichoderma engineering bacterium was proposed, which includes steps of (1), extracting genome DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) from trichoderm SMF2 and carrying out PCR (polymerase chain reaction) amplification to obtain lae 1 gene ORF zones and termination subsequences; (2), carrying out enzyme digestion on the lael1 gene ORFs zones and the termination sequences; (3), transforming the recombinant plasmids
