Journal ArticleDOI

Nickel dichalcogenide hollow spheres: controllable fabrication, structural modification, and magnetic properties.

TL;DR: A facile hydrothermal synthetic route was developed for the synthesis of uniform NiS2 hollow spheres, which could be transformed into NiSe2 and NiTe2ollow spheres through a chemical conversion process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Optimal extent of fluorination enabling strong temperature-dependent aggregation, favorable blend morphology and high-efficiency polymer solar cells

TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate that an optimal extent of fluorination on the polymer backbone is a second essential structural feature that enables the strong temperature-dependent aggregation property and compare the properties of three structurally similar polymers with 0, 2 or 4 fluorine substitutions in each repeating unit through an in-depth morphological study.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synergistic effects of copolymerization and fluorination on acceptor polymers for efficient and stable all-polymer solar cells

TL;DR: In this paper, a fraction of fluorinated thiophenes was added to the naphthalene diimide (NDI)-bithiophene backbones to increase the dielectric constants.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effects of Monofluorinated Positions at the End-Capping Groups on the Performances of Twisted Non-Fullerene Acceptor-Based Polymer Solar Cells

TL;DR: Two new main-chain twisted small molecules were synthesized, in which a fluorine atom was introduced at different sites on the end-capping group 2-(3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-ylidene)malononitrile (INCN), revealing the importance of mono-fluorinated positions on the performances of main- chain twisted non-fullerene acceptors.
