Journal ArticleDOI
Temperature dependence of the energy bandgap of HgInTe
TL;DR: In this paper, the temperature dependence of the bandgap of MIT alloys in the temperature range from 12 to 300 K was investigated using infrared transmission spectroscopy, and an analytical dependence was found.
Journal ArticleDOI
Empirical expression for the composition and temperature dependence of the energy gap in InAlSb
Gang Chen,Weiguo Sun,Yanqiu Lv +2 more
TL;DR: In this article, an empirical expression for the energy bandgap as a function of alloy composition x and temperature for In1−xAlxSb was reported, where high resolution X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the epitaxial layers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Passivation of InAs/GaSb type II superlattice photodiodes
TL;DR: In this paper, a comparison of unpassivated and passivated InAs/GaSb superlattice mid-infrared photodiodes was made, and the best performance was demonstrated by the SiO2 after anodic sulfide passivation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Growth and electrical characterization of type II InAs/GaSb superlattices for midwave infrared detection
TL;DR: In this article, a type II InAs/GaSb superlattice structure (SLS) was grown on GaSb(1 − 0 − 0) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and its electrical characterization for mid-wavelength infrared detection.
Journal ArticleDOI
Anodic fluoride passivation of type II InAs/GaSb superlattice for short-wavelength infrared detector
TL;DR: In this paper, a new passivation method (zinc sulfide coating after anodic fluoride) was proposed for InAs/GaSb superlattice infrared detectors, which can decrease the occurrence of defects with similar pyramidal structure.
