Journal ArticleDOI

Articular cartilage regeneration: The role of endogenous mesenchymal stem/progenitor cell recruitment and migration.

TL;DR: Ex vivo AC repair based on endogenous MSC recruitment and migration is a feasible strategy, and a promising research field, and would provide new opportunities to efficient preventative or therapeutic options for AC diseases.
Journal ArticleDOI

Prognostic Significance of Tumor-Infiltrating Natural Killer Cells in Solid Tumors: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

TL;DR: It is indicated that high levels of NK cell markers in solid tumor tissues could predict favorable prognosis for solid tumor patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Three-dimensional-printed intercalary prosthesis for the reconstruction of large bone defect after joint-preserving tumor resection.

TL;DR: Most reported reconstruction techniques are usually associated with frequent complications and the approach of reconstruction following joint‐preserving tumor resection warrants further study.
Journal ArticleDOI

Promising application of Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMFs) in musculoskeletal disorders.

TL;DR: Current evidence is provided on the mechanism of action, clinical applications, and controversies of PEMFs in musculoskeletal disorders to derive the optimal protocol for health-care decision making.
Journal ArticleDOI

Inhibiting Heat Shock Protein 90 Protects Nucleus Pulposus-Derived Stem/Progenitor Cells From Compression-Induced Necroptosis and Apoptosis.

TL;DR: In conclusion, RIPK1/RIPK3/MLKL-mediated necroptosis participates in compression-induced NPSCs death, and targeting HSP90 to simultaneously inhibit ne croptosis and apoptosis of NPSC might be an efficient strategy for preventing the death of N PSCs, thus rescuing the endogenous repair capacity of NP tissue.
