Journal ArticleDOI
Phosphorene/rhenium disulfide heterojunction-based negative differential resistance device for multi-valued logic.
Jaewoo Shim,Seyong Oh,Dong-Ho Kang,Seo-Hyeon Jo,Muhammad Hasnain Ali,Woo-Young Choi,Keun Heo,Jaeho Jeon,Sungjoo Lee,Minwoo Kim,Young Jae Song,Jin-Hong Park +11 more
TL;DR: This work demonstrates a negative differential resistance device based on a phosphorene/rhenium disulfide (BP/ReS2) heterojunction that is formed by type-III broken-gap band alignment, showing high peak-to-valley current ratio values and a ternary inverter as a multi-valued logic application.
Journal ArticleDOI
Self-Assembled Layer (SAL)-Based Doping on Black Phosphorus (BP) Transistor and Photodetector
Dong-Ho Kang,Min Hwan Jeon,Sung Kyu Jang,Woo-Young Choi,Kyong Nam Kim,Jinok Kim,Sungjoo Lee,Geun Young Yeom,Jin-Hong Park +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the performance of the corresponding BP-based transistors and photodetectors was investigated in terms of the threshold voltage of a 2.5 nm BP film.
Journal ArticleDOI
Poly-4-vinylphenol (PVP) and Poly(melamine-co-formaldehyde) (PMF)-Based Atomic Switching Device and Its Application to Logic Gate Circuits with Low Operating Voltage.
Dong-Ho Kang,Woo-Young Choi,Hyunsuk Woo,Sung Kyu Jang,Hyung-Youl Park,Jaewoo Shim,Jae-Woong Choi,Sungho Kim,Sanghun Jeon,Sungjoo Lee,Jin-Hong Park +10 more
TL;DR: This research successfully presents the feasibility of PVP/PMF atomic switches for flexible integrated circuits for next-generation electronic applications.
